Cancellation and Refund Policy

At mevamahal.in, we want to make returning products simple and hassle-free for you. Please go through the following guidelines carefully:

Return & Refund Window

  • You can return any item within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Bank Deposit, your refund will be issued through a cheque in your name.

Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns or refunds cannot be accepted for opened, used, or tampered products.

  • If your order included free items (e.g., shaker, t-shirt, etc.), they must also be returned. If not, the value of those items will be deducted from your refund.

Verification & Pickup

  • Once you raise a return request, our team will verify it.

  • If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup through mevamahal.in Reach or our courier partners. If pickup isn’t possible, you can return the product via another courier service.

  • If the return request seems unfair or fraudulent, mevamahal.in reserves the right to take legal action, and related costs may be charged to you.

Delivery Inspection

  • Please inspect the package at delivery. If it appears damaged or tampered, do not accept it and notify us immediately.

  • Some items may have additional product-specific return rules.

When Returning a Product

  • Ensure all tags, labels, manuals, and original accessories are included.

  • Pack the item securely to avoid damage during return transit.

  • Refunds will be processed only after our team inspects and approves the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items

We will not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products.

  • Products without original packaging or missing serial/UPC codes.

  • Products with damaged or tampered packaging.

Note: Personal concerns like taste preference, mild side effects (rash, stomach upset, etc.), or dislike for flavor are not valid reasons for returns. Always consult your healthcare professional before purchase.
